What is permanent jewelry & can I take it off?

Permanent jewelry involves selecting a silver or gold chain that you love, which is then custom-fitted to your wrist, ankle, or neck and welded together, giving it the name "permanent." If you ever need to remove it, you can easily clip it at the jump ring with nail clippers, and we’ll happily put it back on for free. This unique piece allows you to enjoy a stylish accessory the hassle of traditional clasps.

Does it hurt?

Welding permanent jewelry is a painless process, but we kindly ask that you avoid looking directly at the spark to protect your eyes. Your safety is our priority, and we want you to enjoy your experience without any discomfort. Thank you for your understanding!

What does Gold filled mean?

Gold-filled jewelry refers to a type of jewelry that has a layer of gold bonded to a base metal, typically brass or copper. This is achieved through a heat and pressure process that results in a gold layer that is significantly thicker than gold-plated jewelry. Gold-filled pieces typically have a gold content of at least 5% of the total weight, which makes them more durable and resistant to tarnishing than gold-plated items. It provides the appearance of solid gold but at a more affordable price point. Gold-filled jewelry is a popular choice for those seeking the look and feel of gold without the high cost.

Where can't I wear it?

Permanent jewelry can be worn anywhere, but we recommend avoiding it if you're a competitive swimmer. The constant exposure to chlorine can tarnish your chain. Instead, a solid gold chain would be a better option for durability. We are working on providing solid gold chains, but we want to ensure our prices remain cost-effective, as the price point can be significantly higher for a solid gold chain.
